A Better Way to Care for Your Home or Business

Your Pro Clean Membership provides effortless, year-round cleaning with predictable monthly pricing, preferred scheduling, and exclusive member-only savings on add-on services. Below is a clear, customer-friendly overview of how your membership works.

12-Month Membership Commitment

All memberships include a 12-month commitment. Your monthly rate stays locked in for the full term, ensuring stable, predictable pricing.

After the first year, your membership automatically renews for another 12-month term unless you provide a 30-day written notice prior to your renewal date.

This notice period allows us to properly close out your account and adjust our scheduling calendar.

All scheduling, eligibility, and service-timing rules apply to each renewal term.

When Services Begin

Your membership benefits begin 30 days after your first payment.
This activation period allows us to:

  • Set up your membership
  • Reserve technician availability
  • Schedule your services appropriately throughout the year

Need service sooner?

Choose Fast Start Activation, which applies a small fee to cover the difference between the service value and what you’ve paid into the plan so far.

Billing interruptions reset the 30-day activation period and pause all membership benefits until the account is current.

How Services Are Scheduled

Your services are delivered throughout the year, not all at once. This ensures:

  • The right services at the right time of year
  • Consistent care instead of one-time cleanings
  • Balanced technician availability
  • A smoother, more predictable experience

There is no rigid preset schedule — services are spaced based on your home or business needs and our availability.

Important:

  • Unused services do not roll over or accumulate
  • Services cannot be front-loaded or pulled forward
  • All services are scheduled at Pro Clean Solution’s discretion to maintain
  • proper timing and membership value

Roof Wash Eligibility (Executive Membership Only)

Executive Members receive one roof wash every 36 months of active membership.

  • Eligibility requires 36 consecutive, uninterrupted months.
  • Roof wash eligibility also requires an active membership at the time the service is scheduled.

If you’d like your roof wash sooner, you may request an Early Roof Wash Activation, which applies a fee based on how much of the roof wash value has already been paid into your plan.
Early activation fees are non-refundable.

Early Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your membership before completing your 12-month term, the following applies:

  • A 30-day written (text or email) cancellation notice is required
  • The remaining balance for the full 12-month term becomes immediately due
  • If the value of services received exceeds the amount paid, the difference is billed at standard retail rates
  • Any discounted add-ons used during your membership are recalculated at full retail value
  • Completed services are non-refundable

These policies ensure fairness to all members and protect the integrity of the program.

Payment Failures

Missed or failed payments pause all membership benefits, scheduling, and service eligibility until the account is current.

Billing interruptions also pause all eligibility timelines, including the 36-month roof wash cycle.

Non-Refundable Services

All completed services — including those delivered early through Fast Start or Early Roof Wash Activation — are non-refundable.

If weather or safety conditions interrupt a service, we will reschedule or complete the remaining work as appropriate.

For safety and quality, services may be rescheduled due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Unsafe work environments
  • Technician availability
  • Seasonal timing requirements
  • We will always communicate promptly and find the next best available time.
